Nare Oganesyan is the Founder and Executive Director of RHEA Treatment Center. As a Registered Nurse currently pursuing her Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degree, she founded RHEA with one simple goal: to create a place where people feel safe, understood, and genuinely cared for.
She believes healing begins with human connection and that every person deserves compassionate, individualized care. Nare is passionate about creating an environment where clients are treated with dignity, empathy, and respect while receiving the highest quality mental health care.
Her vision for RHEA is to help individuals rediscover hope, build resilience, and know they never have to face their journey alone.
